Irregular period and birth control

I have a very irregular cycle, I was on the pill as a teenager to help regulate it but when I turned 18 I decided to get implanon, I had to get it removed this past July because it was messing up and I was starting to pass clots. In august I started taking the pill again and it was making me feel like I still had the implanon. A few weeks ago I decided to stop taking the pill and I'm not using any birth control at the moment. I was just wondering how long would it take for me to get somewhat back into a normal period cycle, and by that I mean like an actual period because all I've been doing is passing a few small blood clots and that was like last week.. and I haven't bled normal in like maybe 3-4 years, its just been like clots or ill bleed for an hour and stop..
