im so confused.

alright so i had af end of last month. been having lots of sex before af, during and after. today, i woke up nauseas, dizzy, stomach cramping like it was af again, pains in my right side,migraines, gas, and diarrhea. temps beens rising. what do i do? i dont know if its too early to test. ive had sex so many times, i dont even know which one could have done the job and when i should test. what is this? also had sex today as well.
