Changes with my vagina

I was just curious if anyone else has had changes in the way their labia majora looks. Mine feels larger, swollen almost. There is no itching/redness/ smell that would lead me to think it was anything other than "another joy of pregnancy."  However, I do feel a bit self concious of my new, large vag. I feel like I can see it more through my underwear/pants even.
