Present for Boyfriend?!

My bf is being difficult and won't give me any ideas for Christmas! And it doesn't help that his birthday is next month and valentines the month after. Does anybody else have this problem? And can any of you give me ideas? I know I'll probably be asked about what does he like. But he likes a lot of things. I just need ideas thrown my way.

I gave my boyfriend coupons last year. I came up with things like good for one apartment cleaning, one massage. I put conditions on some so he couldn't redeem 2 at once lol. I wrote them by hand and everything.
