At what age is you body best ready to be pregnant?

None of those options I think 20-30 your body is at its peak to carry a pregnancy in the best way possiable. Some start periods (like I did) as early as 9 years old, yes my body is able to conceive but would my body handle it? I doubt it very much. 
Obviously this Q was asking when is your BODY ready but it's not hair about your body other factors come into when is best time to have a child.

When you stay your periods that's showing you can conceive now. But you shouldn't really conceive until you have a steady relationship, good finances and emotionally stable x
