Is it nasty to take baths when your on your period?

Absolutely not, especially if you wear a tampon. Sometimes a hot bath is the only thing that sounds even somewhat tolerable when I'm in the throws of some crazy bad cramps.

Because the water pressure is so much higher than normal air most people don’t really bleed much or at all while in the water. I do it because it relieves cramps and it’s no big deal

No it's not nasty at all. In fact you shouldn't even be able to tell you're on you're period. Use the toilet right before and you're fine

It can be disgusting if your on heavy. I prefer showers when I'm on period but still it's disgusting but your not lying in it
