I quite cold turkey while pregnant because it was unplanned and when I found out I know I needed to quite and it was the only method that worked for me because I had quite before. It was rough bit I haven't picked one up since and it's been 3 years

It is safe while TTC, but if you're already pregnant you'd have to wean yourself off.
