Twins? Or using it wrong?

To those that have used a fetal Doppler or mommies of twins. 
Okay so I am 7 weeks & 5 days & I found a heart beat on both sides. This is my second pregnancy & I had a c section Just to give you an idea of how far apart they are they were both a half an inch from both ends of my c section scar & one of them was 127 & the other was 141

It depends. You could of hit one of your major arteries and picked up your heart beat.

I had our 7th baby in 2022 and am experienced using Dopplers.   This little dude tricked me!  I totally heard his heartbeat in two spots!  But, several ultrasounds confirmed it was only ever him.  😊

The lower rate might have been an echo. At such an early stage, it's common to pick up an echo with a Doppler that sounds so much like the full heartbeat, but the rate can give it away.

Not sure but I had similar at 8 weeks and 4 days, took ages to find a heartbeat, like hours! But when I did find I heard it in more than one place so it might just be that baby is moving around. I also only heard it on the sides and not the front that early so would explain why you're picking it up there.
Mines just one baby but I would've loved twins :) hope you get what you want xx
