Eight weeks or twelve?

I had a bfp blood test. But we're waiting a little longer in the ultra sound. In October my period which is never late was 15 days took several test even a blood test and they were negative. Af came for two days and it's usually four to five. Well this month I had very early positive tests. So I'm not sure if last month they were all false? If it really was implantation bleeding? Or really ain't flow.? Guess the ultra sound will tell on jan 5th!! Crossing fingers it's twelve! So ready to be done with this sickness:) give your opinions
