Vaginal odor

Let me start by saying I have excellent personalhygiene. So my boyfriend told me that for the last week my vagina has had an odor... This is very embarrassing. He said he hasn't wanted to have sex with me because of it. I noticed it a couple of days ago, but it has always has that odor a day or two after my period and it's gone away. My feelings and self esteem are just....anyway what can I do? I wash every day, I wipe twice when going to the bathroom, I eat healthy. I just don't know why this is such a big issue now.
