Implantation sickness?

Is this a real thing? Have any of you experienced this? My husband and I have been TTC for 16 months. The timing works out but after trying for so long you tend to grasp at straws or any small sign. Saturday I felt nautious and threw up out of nowhere, then I felt fine. I am not sick and that have never happened to me. I ovulated that week so I was hoping maybe this was a sign that I might finally have an embryo and it was implanting!! Opinions appreciated! Thanks ladies
