Who gives a fuck, it happens to all of us. I bitch about cramps and mood swings so they figure it out. Also a good time for them to determine whether or not you guys should have sex (like if you're grossed out etc). You're gonna have to deal with it anyway, what's the point in lying? Not to say that if it's not brought up or doesn't need to be you should just confess, just don't be nervous.

Um i tell him cuz neither of us wanna have sex on it. Plus i get cramps so bad i cant move well the first two days and I have an outrageous appetite. He helps me so much while im on it.

None of his business if you don't think it is... As long as he knows your not pregnant... Lol before I got married the word period was huge blush bringer ... If he would ask I would turn red... We didn't have sex 4 days in a row and he would wonder and I would tell him look I am not pregnant that's all that matters so shh!
