I had symptoms but negative test results

I think I was pregnant this summer. I was 15 days late, my stomach blew up as if I was pregnant and sleepy but I was testing negative. after 15 days late af came but was longer than usual and then 2 weeks later af came back again. I don't know what to make of it maybe a chemical pregnancy. never happen before.
