PCOS help

I followed my last two periods & used glow to determine my fertile period which was all last week. I'm due to start my next period on the 20th. Randomly I started cramping lastnight. Spotting this morning, very light and now it's turned heavy.  Irregular periods are killing me. So does this mean my "fertile" days weren't right since I just started my period? I'm so frustrated.
