Help!!!!!
I'm 5'3" and weigh 200 lbs. I want to lose about 60 lbs so I can be healthy if I become pregnant but I have no idea how to or any motivation to workout. I wanna walk/jog but I don't wanna by myself. I had a son 5 years ago and I never lost the weight. Any ideas/ tips on how I can lose weight without the drastic measures?
