Laproscopy and another surgery after that.

I just came back from the doctor. She suggested me to do a laproscopy for evaluating a fibroid.

After that she would tell us if my fibroid is blocking the fallopian tubes.ifyes, then another surgery to take that one out. Has anyone gone through this? How long after the laprosurgery should I be ready to have intercourse and try for conceive? What are the risks?
