My husband and I work in construction so I walk a lot on job sites 3-8 miles a day. On top of the work we do.

Yeah during the weekdays, I walk with my son for about 10-15 minutes around the neighborhood and when everyone is off in their rooms I do yoga poses to stretch out my legs for better splits & a lot of oblique exercises w/ a few high knees before I get into the shower. During the weekend, I go to the pool & do water aerobics & lol more splits but on the pool steps & I try to do flutter kicks while holding onto the pool wall until I feel a burn in my stomach and back

So my husband and I are meeting with a trainer in the morning. No more faking it with home workouts I guess.
