Chemical pregnancy?

What exactly causes it? How do you know what's real and what's chemical?

I don't know what causes it and I've been googling it a lot because it worries me. From what I've noticed, a lot of people don't notice they have a chemical pregnancy because they just have a normal period and they don't know they were pregnant. For the people that test early, they seem to just have period symptoms, ie cramps and spotting and there's nothing that can be done to stop it :-/

It's another form of miscarriage..are you having one? It may happen on the exact day that your period was due but may be a little different too as far as clotting.
