Vitex??

Hi all, 
Seen quite a few people on here are taking vitex. What dosage is recommended?? I can't see anything online? Also what are the side effects? Seen lots of conflicting info!

I was looking into it too and was very interested. So was then thinking of taking Fertilaid cuz that has some in it.. But went for fertilitea that has it in it too cuz I'm more of a tea drinker and would be more likely to drink a cup of tea then add another pill. And it tastes good!

I got mine from amazon 100mg. I haven't took any yet though but will start soon
