Just clear your mind and only think about how good it feels. If you think that you're not going to reach orgasm, then that'll be a mental block and it won't happen! Also try squeezing your vagina muscles and relaxing them over and over while you do it (you can put your fingers inside yourself to see if you are doing it right) and rub your clit. 
What I do is when I put my fingers in I squeeze and when I take them out I relax the muscles. And you'll find rhythm to it!
