Cramping and light bleeding at 9 weeks.

I've been spotting off and on since 6 weeks. It was brown then and I spent a few different times in the ER. Everything was fine. Now at 9 weeks I'm cramping off and on (mostly in am) and its light and annoying but enough to make me nauseous. Today (9.3) I go to the bathroom and when I wipe I see light red. Kind of like the start of my period. I'm now freaking out. This is my 3rd baby and I have never spotted or any of this stuff before. I just need some advice that won't make me panic anymore than I already am.
