I just hate bikinis. I have great underwear. If I want to swim in underwear, I'll just swim in underwear.  I prefer the onesie

Speaking as a pediatric speech/feeding therapist they are good for a lot of things (oral motor strength, helping with reflux or gerd, help babies with feeding issues strengthen and coordinate feeding skills) when babies are little, however once they start getting teeth they can cause issues such as open bite and tongue thrust, frontal and lateral lisps, and they can effect palate (roof of mouth) and teeth alignment.
