How much television does your child(ren) watch?

How many hours per day of TV do your kids watch? Are you ok with that amount?

My kids would sit in front of a screen all day if I'd let them. We now have a screen time rule. 2 hours a day. That includes iPod, TV, video games (even if you are just watching).  I'm a mean mom lol.

My daughter watches about half an hour in the mornings while I get ready for work. My husband sent me this article that summarizes some good research and stats on the issue:

Probably 1-2 hours a day.. Usually about 15-30mins while he eats breakfast, then maybe another 30 in the afternoon.  I put 2 hours hours for the days we actually sit down and watch a movie, which is 2-3 times a week.

He only watches Disney jr, baby Einstein/other educational/similar shows, and veggies tales, as far as TV goes though.
