Is to much sex a bad thing? I heard the his sperm count can lower of having sex everyday?

Found this, it's based on numerous times a day not every day so you can expect the sperm count to really not be affected that much unless there is an underlying medical issue..... The number of times ejaculation takes place can decrease the amount of sperm in each ejaculation, but there are still millions in each. Each ejaculation contains about 2-5mL of sperm, and each mL can contain 100,000 million sperm. This means that even in someone who has ejaculated numerous times, the number of sperm can still be as high as 200,000 million. Only one is needed to fertilize an egg.

Have sex everyday does lower his sperm count but I don't know by how much. Sperm can live in the vagina between 3-6 day so you can probably have sex every other day :/
