Little to no movement?

Question

I'm 31 weeks pregnant. Today I hardly felt him move. He usually moves more but today not much as does. I've done everything to get him to move and nothing! There is SOME movement  it's not completely absent. 
Should I be concerned?

Maybe a little caffeine would get him moving or lay on your side and see if that helps.

Monitor the movement and if it has declined drastically then you need to call your physician. Drink some cold water or have a little snack. It always works for me. I've also heard that orange juice makes the babies move (not sure if that's true). Good luck

If your baby's movements slow down then get it checked to give you piece of mind though. As baby gets bigger and has less room the movements become a bit less and is more like shifting. But like I said if unsure get it checked. Good luck.
