TMI just really need some advice

So I'm 16weeks pregnant due on the 25th may with first born

Buuuut all today have had a really sore poo hole is it normal to get piles at this stage in pregnancy I thought it was more third trimester and/or after birth , really hard to move or sit anywhere without being in a stingy itchy pain,

partner said its red and swollen (yes I had him look ) lol ummm but yes please say I'm not the only one experiencing this kind of thing it's not fissure I can assure you that much :(
