Bf doesn't take ovulation seriously.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years now. When we were just friends I had gotten pregnant from my bf at the time but we split when I was about 3 months pregnant and placed our son for adoption. My boyfriend was my friend throughout the whole thing and even visited me at the hospital and held my son. He was so understand and kind and he loved me the whole time and was always there for me. Now we're together and have been for a while. Weve been sexually active from the start and stopped using condoms after 3 months of dating and I am not on birth control either (honestly I just don't want to put something in my body and I don't like medicine) but he hates the condoms we have to use because I'm allergic to latex so the condoms honestly feel like a trash bag. We use the pull out method. And it has worked this far. I've personally had about 3-4 serious pregnancy scares but I never tell him because I don't want to scare him.

Basically everytime I'm ovulating and I tell him we need to be more cautious he doesn't respond or gets really weird! But when I tell him it's "shark week" or "blowjob week" he's perfectly fine!! (That's what I call it when Aunt Flo visits)

I'm just so confused why he doesn't take preventing another unwanted pregnancy more seriously with me. No matter how many times I bring it up nothing changes. Do you think the idea of getting me pregnant freaks him out? Do you think it makes him think about me and my ex and our son? I'm so confused about where his mind is when I try to discuss OUR plans of prevention. Or are all guys just like this?
