Line eyes?

I bought this test from the dollar store (i didnt want the blue dye test but they were out of the pink dye).I took this test with FMU but when I dipped it the entire test window was blue and it took forever for even the negative line to show up. I followed the instructions and it said dip it for 20 sec but it had to be too long because it was over saturated. Im not 100% sure when I ovulated as I dont do opks. This was our first month using preseed and I had a lot of hope after reading all the success stories. But im losing hope! What is everyone's HONEST opinion? I dont want false hope. Darn these infernal blue dye tests!
