Anyone else dealing with a sore throat & head cold?

I'm absolutely miserable! ? Not only do I have a super sore throat but I can't stop coughing, have some abdominal pain, headache..the list goes on! Although I don't have a fever and my baby girl is very active so that's good. Anyone else feeling crappy? Anyone have any natural redemies for all the symptoms I have?

I have a sore throat an ear ache an head ache an full of cold ? iv not took anthing just throat sweets an hot baths an early nights, not much els can do, hope u feel better soon.

I just caught a cold yesterday. Sore throat and nasal congestion and fatigue. But having a hard time sleeping right now. :-/ I just made myself some hot water, lemon juice and honey for my throat. Hopefully that will help. Do colds affect us pregnant ladies more? It feels that way.

I am just getting over a cold. I made a homemade lemsipwith dissolvable    paracetamol, hot water, squeezed lemon and honey, tastes great! X

I'm sorry you are both sick!! As an elementary school teacher, I get sick pretty frequently. My best recommendation is do some sort of sinus rinse or Neti Pot. Seems weird but it's such a relief! I also do heating pad on the face if the sinus pressure is bad. And try to drink lots of fluids!
