How much drinking to too much?

I drink a lot.. I just wanna know your guys' input on how much drinking is too much,

I think it depends on how much you are drinking, how much you feel dependent on the drinks, and how much it's affecting your daily life.  Has nothing to do with how many days.

Well I think it depends who you ask. Lol. I drink a lot too. Almost every day. It doesn't take a lot (IMO) for you to be technically considered an alcoholic. I don't consider myself an alcoholic but I'm sure my doctor would. Lol

People in Europe have a glass of wine every evening with dinner and sometimes with every meal! It totally depends on if you're binge drinking all the time or just having a glass of wine or having a beer. If it's not affecting your everyday life, family life, or work then it's fine.

I usually drink a beer every night with my husband after we get the kids to bed. It's relaxing! I'm sure most would say I have a drinking problem because I drink almost everyday but it's one beer people. I don't get drunk! Hahaha

Drinking a glass of wine or a beer at night with dinner is not bad....going and getting drunk multiple times a week isnt good.

If your getting wasted every night you drink to much. Nothing wrong with having a drink every night though to help you wind down. Just don't get like smashed every night.

I agree with some of the others, really depends on how much you're drinking and in what way. A drink or two with dinner every night, probably not a problem. When you have to actively think about controlling your drinking and tend to lose that control with it, probably a problem.

To me, I don't understand why you would need / want to have an alcoholic beverage every day.
