Is finishing school by 24-25 yrs old a little late?

I didn't get serious about college until this year. (I'm 21yrs old right now) my boyfriend is also 21 and he finished college when he was 20 (right before turning 21) I feel like if I was serious about school before I could have had my associates degree by now and be working on my bachelors right now.

But now I'll probably have my associates by 22 and get my bachelors by 24 or 25 at the latest.

Is that old for finishing school or is it a good/normal age to be done?!
