Pregnant, finger tips look like I sat in the water too long

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my fingertips look like I've been sitting in the water too long. They look like a prune. They are verticle lines and just appeared last week. Any idea? I also have a horizontal indent going across two finger nails. I'm hoping this doesn't have anything to do with my kidneys.
