How do you juggle his military career, your career (if you have one), family, and everything between?

Luckily we don't have family quite yet, but when we do it would be nice to have advice...

you will be surprised at how well you learn to manage your time when you're doing all of these things. You might lay down exhausted and wake up exhausted but you'll make it work!

First things first, get your name changed on your SS card, license, & everything else in your name. Make sure he has the proper documents to get everything started military wise (like your marriage certificate) then get your military ID. It's a matter of working as a team & communicating well. It's definitely difficult, but you can make it work. My husband is currently overseas & as long as we talk about what is going on with each of us it makes everything so much better being apart.

My husband is 472 miles away in the Navy and my 2yr old and I are living up near his family. I work two jobs and  I'm looking for a house (I'm living with my in-laws at the moment). I come home from my two jobs and help my mother in law with her 3yr old and 7 yr old, and will normally watch them. The thing that gets me through all of that is knowing I'm making my family's future better, and my husband is moving up in April.
