No BFP+crazy anxiety=weight gain!
Is someone else experiencing this!? I want to start excercising but every 15 days when I'm on the TWW I feel like I want to keep my moving to the minimum just in case, so I really can't commit, and as a result I end up not excercising at all, and eating to calm myself! I've started a diet yesterday to try to keep this under control and because I think it might help me to conceive faster but now I have no BFN, no carbs, and I feel very sad! I'm always the fun to be around kind of person but today, I'm not fun at all ?
