Movement in my stomach

I swear I always feel like a baby is kicking me in my stomach, bit I searched it on Google and it said that it could be muscle spasms.. But the movement be so strong it's crazy. I was laying down one night and felt it on my life side under my belly button, I pushed on my stomach to see what would happen and I felt it again right on my hand that time it's so weird.
