Not really, I call my boyfriend his name in person and call him cutie by text, he always calls me babe, or if I'm annoying him he will call me Chantelle haha. It's not wierd if you use nicknames or real names it's only how you address someone x

Not weird at all. He calls me Princess and Dear, but I usually call him by his name. Since our son was born in 2008, I've gotten into the habit of calling him Daddy every once in a while.
