Flow - help

Since i got my period i had always gotten it for 7 days, i then had a miscarriage In february and my period got thrown off, some months i got it, then other months i got it twice, 32 days beteen period and the 20 days, and 14 days sometimes. I now have my period it is the 5th day and its so heavy and i have terrible cramps. Has anyone else who has experienced a miscarriage experienced deadly cramps and irregular periods almost a year later? :(
