Pregnancy symptoms?

Okay so usually my period is around the 2nd week of the month. The 9th to be exact is when it should have started (glow extended it when I clicked that it was late). But for the past week I've been feeling sort of icky. I've had diarrhea, bloating, tender breasts, slight cramps and today nauseua. My cervical is also high, open and soft. Could this be signs of pregnancy or do you think it might just be a cold/flu? Has anyone else had these symptoms?
