Tingling!

I am 7 days PO and I have been having on and off tingling and almost like a burning sensation.. Almost like a let down sensation... I took a test today and got negative ( not really surprised with it being so early) could I be pregnant?? Am I reading too much into it? I usually don't experience this even with my period so I'm confused but hoping for that BFP! What do you think? Has anyone had this a gotten a BFP?
