Just wanted to know

If you have a boy and a girl what was the difference in your features you or others noticed. When I was pregnant with my girls i had trunk in the back lol my nose was spread out and I lost my beauty but when I was pregnant with my first son and now my second son. My hair grew longer and my beauty is even more and I glow more as well but I lost all the trunk in the back lol I'm more into my looks when I'm pregnant with boys when I'm pregnant with girls idc how I look lol. Anyone else seen a difference?
