Bad insomnia
Okay so I have been lying awake all night for about 3 nights straight and finally falling asleep from about 8 am-1pm. Yet I don't feel tired during the day..I'm TTC so I want to avoid any sleep meds so I was,wondering if anyone has any natural remedies? I've tried nighttime herbal tea and warm milk with honey and cinnamon. I've even tried eating late night snack (which I never do) to make me feel full and tired. Nothing works and I know its not good for me to continue like this especially if I'm TTC. HELP!!
