Back pain!!

I have had bad back pain on my lower right side for the past couple of days and it only hurt when id be up doing stuff but when I was sitting it was ok. But today it's been awful feels like a pinched nerve or something! It was worse when BDing tonight I had to keep leaning to the left! What could it be?
