Why is that, even though we've been broken up for almost a year and I'm happy in another relationship, I'm still bothered by my ex?! Idk, I just get pissed and anxious when I see him post on our mutual friends Facebook page. Like, I get really fucking anxious.

Id block him so you don't have to see him I was like that for awhile before bc they hurt you bad you know easier to move on fully if you block them so you don't have to see anything of theirs.
