When to test....irregular cycle pp.

Question

Hi, ever since being post partum my cycles are irregular so I just go by the 28 day rule, well going by that I've had sex almost everday that I ought been fertile & day of ovulation. I'm due for a period near Christmas eve, do I test the day of if I don't get it or wait till January to test for it?

My cycles started out irregular  then became regular  , now when I'm usually  on a 37 day cycle , I'm on cycle day 59 , 21 days late .

I'm in your boat AF due 12/25 but I'm EBF my 1 yr old and 3 yr old and just got my first period in oct and was 2 wks off in nov I'm going to test Xmas morning in hopes of a BFP for my present :)

my cycles are irregular too. one month 28 days, then 30,31 etc....i'd test twice unless you get a positive the first time :-)
