Do you apologize too much?

My SO thinks I say sorry too much. I do IG because I don't want to be rude

I do too even tho I think it shows weakness at times. But I'd rather not hear anything on what I say lol. Avoiding an argument by apologizing I guess is what I do.

I apologize all the time... like if I go to walk around someone in a store or silly time where it's not anything to say sorry over... someone could bump into me and I'd say sorry to them lol... i think it's a Canadian thing... I was also raised in a small town so that could do it too

I only apologise if actually needed. Like if I upset a family memer il apologise. Or if i think I've said something nasty to my partner I will. But if we had an arguement he will apologise and I do sometimes. I don't really apologise to anyone else x
