It was basically a physical... Doctor told me to start taking prenatal vitamins ASAP.

My doctor ran some genetic testing for thyroid, fragile x and a couple others. She did a Pap smear and answered all my questions. We conceived a few months later. I think it's very responsible to prepare before TTC.
