I got this message that say to take my temperature every Am what does it mean and to be careful when having sex I don't understand all this some one help pleaseeeeee

Fertile means the window opportunity for you to become pregnant plus release an egg (ovulation) for a sperm to fertilize it. That's why it tells you to be careful if your not trying for a child.
