So confused....

AF was due today and nothing! I have felt like I'm going to for the past two days but I haven't. I still have absolutely no desire to eat anything, I'm extremely tired, and moody! I took a test this morning and it was negative! Could it still be too early to show or is there a pretty good chance that I didn't get pregnant this month? Please be honest with your opinions! Thanks!!!
