Periods don't have to be bad.

They're only as good or bad as you want it to be.

1)THINK POSITIVE. Start thinking they are good and doesn't have to be all painful. Keep telling yourself it as if it was brainwashing you. Some people actually like periods.

2)DRINK AND EAT RIGHT. Anything that helps with periods that works best for you. Mine? Plenty of water and tea with ginger.

Don't stay in bed all morning and day. 3) EXERCISE help ease the pain. Do some light exercises and stretches. Go for a morning walk or jog.

Don't let your periods hold you down all week when you can 4) BE PRODUCTIVE.

Tell yourself again that they aren't all bad or not at all.
