Food addiction....
I am seriously addicted to cheese and I eat very very healthy; no sugar, no carbs, no processed food, no soda drinks, no fast food, nothing! And I feel great, apart from the fact that I'm not losing weight because I'm eating cheese throughout the day and its stopping me from shaking off the excess pounds.... What must I do to stop the cravings and the snacking on little pieces constantly. . I've tried eating gum, drinking water, distracting myself and nothing works! Help!!
